Archery arrows in this workshop represent limitations and focus, used in two areas, firstly aimed and released with bows and a target, the arrows offer you direction and release, secondly resistance and breakthrough, participants will joyfully and powerfully break their arrows using their focus and intent, this method is achieved and executed using your soft and vulnerable throat, did they just say throat, YES !
The arrow tip sits gently against your throat and a notched board held by Fiona holds the arrow tail, focus belief and intention along with your power and group support built throughout the workshop allow you to explode forward and break your arrow and your limitations.
